Worship is one of the key values of St. John’s Church, and every time we worship we want Jesus to be at the worship’s very heart. We desire to praise and worship our wonderful creator to the fullest, reflect on who He is and thank Him for his many blessings, seeking to feel inspired and empowered as we devote our lives to serving and glorifying Him.

Our vibrant and active church community has many ways of keeping busy and getting actively involved in the wider community, but we value the importance of getting to know God on a deep and personal level, so we encourage all to reflect on the presence of God, so we may all be filled with his power, love, compassion and peace as we live our lives and walk His path.

For Jesus says “...you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength” (Mark 12:30).

We value worship so highly because we believe that through worship we can aim to accomplish these things, so we are passionately committed to expressing our love for him at every opportunity.
